1. What payment methods do you accept?
- At the moment, we accept Credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.
2. What is the return policy?
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to track my order?
- Products will be shipped directly from our US warehouse or via Amazon. Tracking information will be sent directly to your email when available.
4. How long does the shipping take?
- Products should arrive within 1-4 business days based on your proximity from our warehouse and the season. All products are shipping from within the US but during the holidays, products take longer to arrive.
5. Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
- If the products have not already shipped, you can make changes to your order.
6. Where is my refund?
- Refunds will be processed after returned products are received and it is subject for approval

8. Do you have a physical store?- No, we have a warehouse but we sell directly to the consumer without a physical store.
